The round table conference which I mentioned in my letter of the 10th ugust with the Bishop of Hong Kong will now be held on Wednesday, the 22nd September in oom 542, The Church House at ↳ 'clock. Although you said that no date

nd would suit you after the first week in September, I do hope that you will be able to attend if you are not sailing until the 24th, as the Department should certainly hear your views on what the Bishop says on the 22nd.

I will send you the necessary rail and sea warrents if you will let me know the date for which you will require them.
